Stage I Performance Kit

This is what we recommend as the absolute minimum to improve your bikes performance. The K&N hi flow kit lets your bike BREATHE and the performance mufflers unrestricts your exhaust to allow more gas flow, thus increasing horsepower. Our fully trained mechanics will then rejet your bike making it PURR like a kitten!

Stage II Performance Kit

This kit includes the popular 42mm Mikuni carburettor which is designed to increase power & torque and providing excellent throttle response in any riding situation. The Screaming eagle air flow kit gives an even better air flow then the K&N and really lets your bike fully appreciate what the 42mm Mikuni has to offer. The Screaming eagle ignition module changes the advance curve to increase torque and increases the rev limit of the motor up to 8000rpm (yeh baby!).

This kit includes everything in the stage II kit but also includes an Andrews EV46 cam and fully adjustable chromolly pushrods. The power of an evolution Big Twin can be dramatically increased when a good performance Cam, like the Andrews EV46 is installed. A new, improved cam bearing replaces the standard bearing. The gaskets are replaced with top quality James gaskets. The popular 42mm Mikuni carburettor is designed to increase power & torque and providing excellent throttle response in any riding situation. The awesome, head turning Kuryakyn Hypercharger air cleaner looks red hot - and it works as good as it looks. Totally automatic, the vacuum pod opens the butterflies as your motor needs more air. Complete with K&N filter, no other air cleaner you buy will outflow or out perform. You will be blown away by the difference this kit will make.

Stage 4 Performance Kit

The ultimate kit to fully optimise your big twin and dramatically increase overall horsepower, torque and airflow. This kit includes everything in the stage III but replaces the performance mufflers with a full Vance and Hines exhaust system. It features the Vance and Hines latest innovation, the Power chamber, which is a unique cross over system that offers the performance advantages of a 2 into 1 race system. The power chamber uses the volume of both mufflers to improve scavenging of each cylinder for more efficient combustion. The end product is more power and one perfect sound. This package also includes a Crane HI-4 ignition system. The Hi-4 High performance single fire ignition allows both cylinders to be individually tuned and has fully adjustable advance curves that produces significant improvements in starting, smoother running from idling to peak RPM, increased midrange torque curves more peak horsepower. This package has the lot!
