Magnum Motorcycles Terms of Payment for Motorcycle Sales

All vehicles sold by Magnum Motorcycles will remain the property of Magnum Motorcycles and under no circumstances whatsoever will be allowed to leave Magnum Motorcycle's premises with the new owner until the following criteria has been fulfilled: -

i. Payment by Bank Cheque - authenticity of cheque has to be confirmed by bank or organization that issues the cheque.

ii. Payment by Personal Cheque - must be cleared by our bank.

iii. Payment by Cash - straightforward, as long as legal Australian tender used.

iv. Payment by letter of credit from Solicitors - funds paid in full into our bank account & cleared by our bank.

v. Payment by Direct Bank Wire or Deposit - funds must be confirmed to be in our bank account by our bank.

vi. Payment by Finance Company - funds to be paid into our bank account and confirmed by our bank.

vii. Two (2) forms of identification are to be supplied to Magnum Motorcycles with - name, current address; i.e. drivers license, credit card, passport, medicare card.

viii. If vehicle is to be picked up on a weekend of public holiday or to be delivered - information on payment must be forwarded and clarified during working business hours. The customer is responsible for getting this information to Magnum Motorcycles in time to clear payment.

IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR MOTORCYCLE BY A CERTAIN DATE - PLEASE ARRANGE PAYMENT BEFOREHAND SO THAT FUNDS CAN BE CLEARED & THE MOTORCYCLE CAN BE PREPARED FOR PICKUP BY THE REQUIRED DATE.
